Meet Your Local NEU Committee 2026-27
Our local committee plays a vital role in representing and supporting members across the district. Elected annually, the team includes a district secretary, president, vice-president, treasurer, and other officers dedicated to promoting professional development, recruiting new members, and building inclusive networks for educators. Working alongside workplace reps, the local committee ensures that members’ voices are heard through active participation in conferences and policy-making. Together, we strengthen our union and champion the needs of all education professionals in our area.
